Christmas Day

Here is the ornament that Jada made at school. You can't tell in the picture, but the snowman has a black hat too.

One of the main things on Jada's Christmas list was clothes. Seriously?! She's 6! Here is one in the cute vest we bought her. She's too funny.


Jace is checkin' out his Handy Manny computer that Santa brought him! Now he can leave his sisters Barbie computer alone! Santa is so wise!

She asked for a journal too! This girl is too old for her age!

And it wouldn't be complete without the BOOM BOOM POW!

My dad came and spent the night so he could be there to see the kids open their gifts. The last couple of years, he has been too sick to leave the nursing home for an overnight visit. It was good to have him there!

Christmas Eve

Every year, we spend Christmas Eve with Rusty's family. We have dinner and open gifts. There are 5 kids now, and it got pretty crazy! But the kids have a blast! Here are the kids, minus Bryson. Jace has no pants on because he peed in the ones he had and we were waiting for him to open up some new ones. Sorry about the bare bum.

Jada had to practically hold Bryson down to get him in this one.

After time with Rusty's family, we go to Rusty's bosses house for his family party and Santa comes with a gift for each of the kids. Just before sitting on Santa's lap, he squealed with excitement...I missed it on video cam since I dropped the cam corder at Jasons just a few hourse before!:(

Jace got a truck with a trailer behind it last year. He still has the truck, but the trailer broke. Needless to say he was devistated and had been telling everyone that this year, Santa was going to bring him a new trailer for his truck. Luckily, he forgot all about that when he opened up his Transformer!

Christmas!

We got a new Christmas tree this year. Well, it's not new, but is new to us. It's a hand me down from Rusty's boss. It was perfect timing because ours was headed to the garbage. I've always wanted a big tree like this one, so I was way excited. I had to take a picture of the decor since I was super proud of how it turned out!

Yes, I made the bow MYSELF! You're impressed aren't you?
